Busy day today.
I had planned to do the Speed Ladder on the treadmill today and I am feeling good, but finding an hour+ to get it in and get showered is tough today.
After volleyball got done training and before I had to personal train in the evening, I got on the treadmill and began. Whoa. My legs were so heavy and fatigued and I wondered if I could make it. I told myself that I could do at least 6 miles of the Ladder. I ended up doing 7 and it took almost everything I had, but I did it.
Walk - 1 min @ 4.0
Jog - 1 min @ 6.7
Jog - 2 min @ 7.0
Run - 6 min @ 7.6
Jog - 1 min @ 6.7
Run - 6 min @ 7.8 (was supposed to do 5 but time got away from me and before I knew it, I was close to 6 minutes)

Jog - 1 min @ 6.7
Run - 3 min @ 8.4
Jog - 1 min @ 6.7

Not easy today, but I'm glad I finished.
