Sometimes when life seems the hardest and you don't feel great, just run or walk. Get out and smell the air, clear your head and just move.
I've had to tell myself this these past few days and it really does help, when you are in a funk or just down, take to the pavement or trail. It's pretty good therapy.
I am feeling in a funk myself...and definitely will be walking tomorrow!! can't wait to Sunday!
